Blue Marin Catering specializes in Japanese menu items prepared with fresh, natural ingredients, including sushi, sushi rolls, hand rolls, as well as other authentic sushi related foods.

Rolling Sushi Van will come to your events with a Sushi Chef on board who will prepare your sushi and made-to-order rolls on site in the van, so the freshness of our products will be unchallenged.

Rolling Sushi Van is also equipped with a Sani-Serv Counter Top Frozen Yogurt machine with 2 flavor dispensers.So, we can instantly serve Frozen Yogurt with a variety of toppings including fresh fruit, and other sweet “temptations” (upon request) at your events.

Rolling Sushi Van is vastly different from the typical “Taco Trucks” seen on the streets. It is a Sprinter Van manufactured by Mercedes-Benz with top-of-the-line engineering including a Blue Tech Efficiency engine. It is a totally “green” vehicle with no gas emissions so it is a perfect choice for corporate events, weddings, picnics, and other social functions where patrons seek quality food being served in a safer and cleaner environment.
